Katherine Dooley, age 22, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1900 block of Lowell Park Road on May 18th, 2016 at 9:07 p.m., for Driving Under the Influence, Operating an Uninsured Vehicle, and Failure to Report an Accident to a Police Authority. Dooley was processed and released with a notice to appear.
