Wesley D. Petty Jr., age 21, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1500 block of Franklin Grove Road on November 6, 2022, at 9:00 p.m., for Domestic Battery (Subsequent Offense) and Domestic Battery. Petty was processed and taken to the Lee County Jail.
