It appears that Libby has done some updating, and as a result many accounts that were expired but were still able to be used, were removed.
If you get a message that your account credentials do not work, that is more than likely the cause.
Call us at 815-284-7261 and we will be happy to check the status of your account, and if it is expired, we will let you know so that you can come in
and renew or get a new library card.
